History of Liberty Springs
1986 : Right from the start, Liberty Spring has established an expertise in the complex bending of hard materials enabling the company to break into the automotive spring industry and distinguish itself by establishing quality procedures and innovative production techniques.
1991 : Thanks to its knowledge of complex spring manufacturing, the company broadens its scope of customers which now includes the aerospace, recreational vehicle and medical industries.
1998 : Acquired QS 9000 and ISO 9000 certifications.
1999 : Liberty Spring undergoes major changes on a technological level, with the adoption of a five-year investment plan of several million dollars for the development of new equipment and work procedures.
2002 : The company invests 1.5 million dollars to introduce the electrophoresis (E-Coat) finish process.
2003 : The company develops an expertise in the control of new exotic materials such as titanium and high tensile steel.
2004 : Liberty Spring manufactures its own digital control equipment for special applications.
2005 : Acquisition of ISO 14001 certifications.
Today, Liberty Spring employs more than 300 workers, all of which were chosen for their competence in their respective fields.
Since it's foundation in 1986, Liberty Spring inc. has progressed consistently and continuously, with no end in view given a constant stream of new projects.
