Liberty Spring possesses the manufacturing expertise for a large array of cold wound helical springs and wire forms.
Depending on the future use of the spring and its required specifications, Liberty Spring assists customers in planning the design of their products. Our technical and engineering staff can review feasibility and assist with spring designing in view of supplying an optimized product according to the desired use.
Compression Springs
In order to optimize the performance, durability and efficiency of a spring, the geometrics, materials and dynamics may be adjusted according to customer needs. Compression springs can be manufactured with wire sizes ranging from 0.1 to 16mm, ground , shotpeened, preset, tested, finished and much more within our facility. Precision tolerances and quality are achieved through continual improvement of equipment and innovative manufacturing techniques. Once customers' needs are properly identified and that the feasibility and effective manufacturing of the product have been validated, the springs can be produced and delivered.
Torsion Springs
The wire shape is very important in this type of spring. Round, square or rectangular, it will be shaped according to the customer's needs. The complexity of shape of a torsion spring is limited only by our customers' imagination and needs. Our continual investments in technology and innovative manufacturing techniques as well as the abilities and competences of our springmeisters enable us to meet these requirements.
Extension Springs
Here again, several configurations are possible. The various combinations available between choice of materials, shapes, wire sizes, dimensions of the spring and hooks, will depend on the application for which the product is intended. Our state of the art coiling machines can produce an amazing variety of hooks.
Stabilizer Bars
The stabilizer bar is a different type of spring produced by Liberty Spring. Stabilizer bars can be produced in various wire sizes up to 16mm in diameter.
Wire Forms

Wire forms consist of single springs that are either die cast or made with specialized equipment from steel wire or flat materials.
Liberty Spring can provide its customers with wire shapes in order to answer their specific needs. The product can be manufactured in a large choice of shapes depending on the demand and the quantity.
